Toroni Gardens

LuMaGs Group

A small development of two-story houses set among olive groves, minutes from the sea at Toroni, Chalkidiki. The commission covered 3D modeling of the houses, an exploration of the facade elements (stone-clad piers, ochre window surrounds, retractable awnings and glass balconies), the production of visuals and printable sales materials, and the project video. The images follow a single summer day, from sunrise over the bay to blue hour.

LuMaGs Group is a Sofia-based construction and investment company building contemporary residential complexes. Having delivered Harmonia Park and Helena Park in the capital, the group now brings the same care for landscaped grounds, practical layouts and quality materials to the Chalkidiki coast.
