Novi Han House
Private Investor
Two-story family house on an open, tree-lined plot in Novi Han, near Sofia, Bulgaria. The commission covered 3D modeling, exploration of facade details and finish options, and creation of the terrain with alternative landscape layouts, giving the owner a clear picture of the house in its garden before construction.
A private investor designing a home for his family. The brief called for a calm palette of white render, gray plinth and timber cladding, set in a fenced garden with a covered parking area and a sheltered terrace for everyday family life.
