Nika 2 Residence

Touzla Constructions

Exterior visualization and facade design for a contemporary apartment building in Paralia Ofryniou, Greece, the follow-up to Nika Residence. The commission covered 3D modeling, iterative studies of the metal shading screens and stone-clad panels, and one summer day in stills, from morning arrival to the roof terrace at sunset, with a short film, an interactive sales page and a print brochure. Please contact the developer directly for apartment availability.
