Kerdilia Residence

Private Investor

Seafront retreat villa in Nea Kerdilia, Greece, designed for the owner's personal use. The commission covered 3D modeling, exploration of the stone, render and shading facade elements, and the production of visuals and a motion video tracing one day at the residence.

The client is a private investor specializing in the construction of sports facilities. After years of delivering venues built for crowds and performance, the client commissioned Kerdilia Residence as the opposite: a quiet, human-scale home on the Strymonian Gulf, made for rest.
