A residential complex in Gerakini, Chalkidiki, left at shell stage (concrete frame and brick infill) for more than a decade, with two buildings completed and three still to be realized. Working from scanned existing plans, we developed a conceptual vision for the full ensemble, giving the client a clear picture of the finished complex to guide future investment.
